The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities inspects the Egypt pavilion at the "Dubai Expo"

Dr. Khaled Al-Anani, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, accompanied by Ambassador Ashraf El-Deeb, Consul General of Egypt in the Emirate of Dubai, went to the "Expo Dubai 2020" exhibition to visit and inspect the Egyptian pavilion participating in the exhibition, the bulk of which was devoted to shining light on tourism and antiquities in Egypt.


The Egyptian pavilion participating in the exhibition is located in the opportunities area, which is considered the most important area of ​​the Expo Dubai, next to the pavilion of the United Arab Emirates, which reflects the importance of the Egyptian pavilion, and the goal of the Ministry of participation in this event is to achieve the concept of integration with the world towards a better future, through development initiatives. Giant in all walks of life.


Highlighting the Egyptian identity in the design of the Egyptian pavilion at the exhibition from the inside and outside was also taken into account through the content displayed in it, and the hieroglyphic symbols were engraved on the front of the Egyptian pavilion from the outside.

The Egyptian participation in this international forum, which is scheduled to open in October 2021 and will continue for a period of 6 months, aims to review Egypt's cultural, heritage and tourism potentials through spaces designated for this within the Egyptian pavilion, which will have a great impact on supporting efforts to increase the number of arriving tourists. To Egypt during the year 2022, and Egypt will also be presented as an investment destination, with its smart cities, industrial zones, and the economic zone of the Suez Canal.
