What are the symptoms of indigestion?

Heartburn or upper abdomen.

Stomach ache.

Bloating (feeling of fullness).

Belching and gas.

Vomiting and nausea.

Acid taste.

Who are at risk of indigestion?

People of all ages and both genders are affected by indigestion. It is extremely common and the risk of an individual increases with:

Use of medications that may irritate the stomach, such as aspirin and other pain relievers.

Cases where there is an imbalance in the digestive system, such as an ulcer.

Emotional problems such as anxiety or depression.

What causes indigestion?
