Two men were shot and wounded in the western French city of Rennes on Wednesday, and the local public prosecutor in Rennes said that the two men, aged 31 and 30, were shot near a store on Wednesday afternoon, and one of them is in critical condition now, according to Russia Today.
The prosecutor confirmed the arrest of the shooter, a 21-year-old young man, who had precedents related to violations of laws on drug dealing, and the French authorities suggested that the shooting incident resulted from settling accounts between drug gangs in the city, and opened a criminal investigation into the accident.
