Vice President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council: We are ready to receive Saudi investments

The First Deputy Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo, affirmed the transitional government's readiness to receive Saudi investments and create a suitable environment for that. In a statement today, Wednesday, Dagalo praised the development of relations between Sudan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, expressing his happiness at meeting the Saudi Minister of State for African Affairs Ahmed Bin Abdul Aziz Qattan, today in Khartoum.

Dagalo said, "In the presence of the Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ilham Chanter, and the Kingdom's ambassador in Khartoum, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar, we discussed fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them to broader horizons in order to achieve the aspirations and hopes of the peoples of the two brotherly countries, and we discussed the importance of developing bilateral relations, especially in the field of investment." The First Vice President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council expressed thanks for the Kingdom's stances in support of Sudan in all regional and international forums.
